Mohammad sent me this: “hope all is well with you as always. I was hoping you’d post this letter, written by Thaer Halahle, to his daughter Lamar. It was just published this morning

As you probably know, Halahle is now on his 75th day of hunger strike in Israeli jails along with Bilal Thiab. Both men have never been charged with any crime.  Here is an English translation of the letter, for your readers, but obviously the original Arabic is more powerful:   Finally, a report on the callousness and basic lack of decency of Mahmoud Abbas and his thugs towards the prisoners families: I really hope you publish these.”
